Experienced portfolio manager with extensive credit and special situation expertise

Mr. Hasan previously served as a Principal at HIG Capital, with a focus on credit and special situations. Prior to this role, Mr. Hasan held portfolio and credit management positions at Lazard Alternative Investments and American Capital, Ltd., a publicly traded leveraged buyout and mezzanine debt fund. He obtained a BS – Economics from the Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvaniaand an MBA – Finance and International Trade from Colombia Business School.
