Hemnet share buybacks in week 21 2022

Hemnet Group AB (publ) (LEI code: 5493008VIU67J3HUAR07) (“Hemnet”) has for May 27, 2022 bought back a total of 10,749 treasury ordinary shares (ISIN code: SE0015671995) under the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors of hemnet in order to adjust hemnetcapital structure of.

Share buybacks are part of the maximum share buyback program SEK 450,000,000 announced by hemnet on May 13, 2022. The share buyback program is carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbor Regulation”). The purpose of the share buyback program is to adjust hemnetcapital structure of by reducing its share capital.

Ordinary shares in hemnet was redeemed in accordance with the following:

All acquisitions were made on Nasdaq Stockholm by Carnegie Investment Bank AB (pub) in the name of hemnet. Following the acquisitions listed above, hemnetown shares held by May 27, 2022 amounts to 67,749 ordinary shares. The total number of shares in hemnet is 101 131 478.
