Valley’s AvAir celebrates one year anniversary of the Dublin facility

AvAir, an industry leader in inventory solutions for the aviation aftermarket, is celebrating one year since the opening of the 25,000 square meter warehouse at Dublin Airport.
Little did we know that the opening of the Dublin facility would soon be followed by a global pandemic, ”said Mike Bianco, CEO of AvAir. “Despite the challenges of the past year, our team continued to develop strategic solutions for our customers, which in turn helped to expand our presence worldwide.”

The Dublin facility removed nearly 5,000 miles of total mileage, saving customers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East time and money. Since opening, AvAir has forged many strategic partnerships to provide the plant with high quality and sought-after parts, ensuring that the parts customers need can be delivered quickly and efficiently.
“In just one short year, we have seen significant growth in not only our people but also our inventory levels,” said Fjalar Scott, AvAir’s vice president of sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa. “We look forward to another strong year as we help our customers prepare to get their aircraft back into service while air traffic picks up.”
In addition to the one-year anniversary, the Dublin location also welcomes the new employee Evaldas Kuzminas to the team. Kuzminas joins AvAir as Director of Sales for Russia & CIS and brings 12 years of industry experience to AvAir. Prior to joining AvAir, Kuzminas held senior positions at BAA Training, KlasJet and most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at Magnetic Leasing. His extensive knowledge and contacts with airlines, MROs, asset managers and lessors will help you generate new opportunities.
